When will I receive my order?
We want to make sure your coffee is as fresh as possible. Therefore, all orders placed by 12PM PST Sunday will be roasted on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
We offer shipping throughout the United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Next Day delivery.
USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-4 days

Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Many of the packages that are returned to us are marked “insufficient address”. You will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to us due to an input error on your part.
Returns
Customers may return mugs, gift cards or t-shirts for a full refund (minus shipping) or merchandise exchange within 30 days from the shipment date.
Returned items must be in their original, new, unused, and unworn condition and must include all original, undamaged packaging. Just mail them back to us with the original shipping label and we’ll credit your PayPal account or credit card within 30 days after receiving your return. We apologize, but our coffee beans are not returnable or refundable at any time.
