We had been searching for quality Cáscara, grown as a specialty in its own right, and we found it in this offering from Finca Santa Lucía, Costa Rica, the same farm we sourced our Gesha from.
It’s an infusion made solely from the fruit of coffee cherries, with a refreshingly floral and snappy tea-like quality. And it comes in a fetching and giftable reusable jar, perfect for holiday occasions!
Just add hot water to steep, and enjoy a great cup of "coffee tea."
Each jar is 40g.
Our suggested brewing: 10g of cáscara with 10oz water just off a boil, steeped for 5 minutes. We encourage experimentation!
